Leonela- Office Manger/Register Dental Assistant
Leonela has been with Benicia Bay Dental since 2019, starting as an intern and has worked hard over the years to become the office manger. She always makes sure our patient’s visits to our office are always a positive experience. She is also trained for both the front and back of the office, so don’t be surprised if you see her assisting. Leonela lives in American Canyon with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her large extended family.
Lauren- Register Dental Assistant in Extended Functions
Lauren has been a dental assistant since 2008, she further her education at Sacramento City College for RDAEF2 in 2013. If you have met Lauren already, you know that you will always be greeted with a smile, helping patients to feel comfortable and relaxed. She also might throw in a nice shoulder rub! Lauren is from Benicia and currently lives with her two children in town. On the weekends you can find her with family and her dogs and on magical weekends you can find her at Disneyland.
Rachel- Register Dental Hygienist
Rachel holds a BA in Health Sciences and a BS in Dental Hygiene. Dental health has always been a passion of hers and her focus on disease prevention through patient education is what motivates her on a daily basis.
Rachel is a wife and loving fur mom to two dogs and a cat. In her personal time, she likes to go for long walks with the pups, practice yoga, and relax at home with her family. She also loves travel (especially to see national parks), hiking, good food and wine. Having moved from the South Bay in 2021, she is still discovering all that Benicia has to offer. Getting to know her patients at Benicia Bay Dental is a big part of her growing love for this community.
